We offer delivery services (12-5pm) using a private delivery partner as well as third party services (Grab/Lalamove) across Klang Valley (within 40km from our location in USJ) Delivery fee will range from RM 0-RM 30 depending on the exact area. 

Please choose the location under shipping method for the correct pricing. If your area is not included in the option, do drop us a message before placing the order. 

Self pick-up is also available, with the timing as below. We apologise in advance if we are unable to deliver at a specific time due to traffic reasons and unforeseen circumstances.

The delivery fee will be calculated and shown upon check out. Please drop us a Whatsapp message if your location is not on the option and we can arrange alternatives.

Delivery Conditions:

• For multi-level residences, buildings and shopping malls, please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order at the main entrance.  Door-to-door service is unavailable for high rise buildings, 

• An additional fee will be charged for re-delivery if the receiver is not present at the time of delivery. 

• If you wish to change your delivery address/date/time, please contact us via Whatsapp immediately. Any changes must be done at least 2 days before delivery date

• Once the order has been delivered, NCS will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the instructions provided

• If you choose to self pick-up, we will not be held liable for any damages to the orders once it has left our place.
